We provide fixed-fee quotes for defined scopes of work. After the initial strategy conversation, you receive a written proposal that specifies every deliverable, the price for each, and the project timeline. Rush multipliers are defined upfront. There are no hourly billing surprises. Changes that expand the original scope are quoted and approved before work begins.
Standard timelines range from one to four weeks depending on the complexity and volume of the project. Rush delivery is available — we can turn around graphics in as little as 48 hours for straightforward deliverables, and we will tell you honestly what is and is not achievable under a compressed timeline. Trial dates do not move. We work backward from yours.
All deliverables are provided in trial-ready formats compatible with TrialDirector, OnCue, Sanction, and other courtroom presentation systems. Animations are delivered as video files (MP4, MOV) with image sequence backups. Static graphics are provided as high-resolution images and PDFs. Presentation decks are delivered in PowerPoint and/or Keynote with PDF backups. We test all files for courtroom projection legibility.
Yes. We can provide a trial technology specialist to operate courtroom presentation equipment during trial — managing exhibits, animations, and demonstratives in real time during testimony and argument.
Yes, where authorized by the retaining attorney. We communicate with medical experts, accident reconstructionists, engineers, financial analysts, and other expert witnesses regularly. We speak the technical language of multiple disciplines and can work from expert reports, data, and specifications to produce visuals that accurately reflect the expert’s analysis.
We are based in Irvine, California, and serve attorneys nationwide. All project communication and production can be handled remotely. For trial support requiring on-site presence, we travel to courthouses throughout the United States.
We build every visual with evidentiary challenges in mind. We understand the distinction between demonstrative and substantive evidence, and we build with Rule 403, 901, and 702 in mind. Where requested, we provide documentation of the sources, measurements, and expert inputs underlying each visual, giving you the foundation you need to address objections and pre-trial motions. We can also prepare alternative versions — simplified, modified, or reformatted — so you have fallback options if a specific visual is excluded.
Two things. First, legal fluency: our founder holds a J.D. and our team understands case theory, evidentiary standards, and courtroom logistics. We do not need to be taught what a Daubert challenge is or why the animation needs to match the expert’s reconstruction methodology. Second, cognitive design: our visuals are designed around how jurors process information, not around what looks impressive. The goal is comprehension and retention in the deliberation room, not a cinematic reel.
