Understand Your Case Theory

We begin by learning your case: the facts, the legal elements, your theory of liability and damages. What must jurors conclude to find for your client? What's contested? What's the defense narrative you need to overcome?

We ask the questions that matter: What's your theme? What's the one thing jurors must remember in deliberation? What's the hardest concept for a lay person to grasp?

2

Identify the Cognitive Tasks

For each element of your case, we identify what jurors need to do mentally:

  • Notice: What must they pay attention to?
  • Understand: What must they comprehend?
  • Remember: What must survive until deliberation?
  • Trust: What must they find credible?
  • Decide: What conclusion must they reach?

Different tasks require different visual approaches. A timeline teaches sequence. A comparison board teaches deviation from standard. An animation teaches mechanism. We match the visual to the cognitive job.

3

Design for Clarity and Persuasion

We create visuals that reduce confusion and support your narrative. Every graphic answers:

  • What confusion does this resolve?
  • What inference does this invite?
  • What memory does this plant?
  • What decision does this support?

We don't add visual complexity for its own sake. If a simple diagram works better than a 3D animation, we'll tell you.

4

Iterate With Your Team

Visuals improve through review. We work with your attorneys, paralegals, and experts to refine accuracy, strengthen messaging, and anticipate objections. We revise until you're confident the visual says exactly what you need it to say.

5

Deliver Trial-Ready

Every deliverable is:

  • Formatted for courtroom presentation systems (TrialDirector, OnCue, etc.)
  • Provided with backup formats (video files, PDFs, image sequences)
  • Tested for legibility at courtroom distances and projector resolutions
  • Documented for evidentiary foundation where applicable

We deliver when promised. If your deadline is tight, we'll tell you what's achievable and hit it.
