We understand our goals as supporting your targeted case results. You have a path of getting there, part story, part procedural, and our work supports specific elements of your plan.

So we understand the goal. But how do we get there? Through structure with flexibility and prediction of possibilities.
Structure. We take the time to study your case facts, your case theory. What is our desired result and how do we get there? What are our interim goals? Which interim arguments need to be supported and which refuted? What do we need people to understand and to believe?
Flexibility. Things change on the fly. We know, so we build our production processes to accommodate that. We need to be nimble yet accurate, and we are.
Prediction of Possibilities. We don’t underestimate opposing counsel. They are also smart people and we assume they are doing their best. What is their case theory? What can we anticipate them to say? Argue? Produce? What will their witnesses claim? How did they behave in the past, in past trials? We use the known information and try to anticipate where they will be in the case narrative to be ready for them at key junctures.
Honest Feedback. If you know the industry, you know that honest feedback is hard to come by. It’s often an echo chamber – at the cost of your case results. We work differently. Our goal is helping you win – not nodding in agreement. We are tactful, but you ultimately need reliable information, not a mere “yes.” We give you that reliable information and work with you to make things happen.
